We provide non-medical long and short-term home care services to the elderly and individuals with disabilities throughout Shelby County. My Faith provides trusted, dependable caregivers from our community to assist with their everyday needs so they may remain in their homes and communities for as long as possible.
Services
Long Term Care services
CHOICES (Home and Community Based Services) and Supports which allows the elderly and people with disabilities to remain in their homes and communities as long as possible as opposed to entering nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT)
We provide NEMT services for situations that do not involve an immediate threat to the life or health of an individual. We service wheelchair and ambulatory needs.
Senior Residential Care
Residential home care provides a safe comfortable environment for the elderly and people with disabilities who need supportive housing.
- Comfortable Private, Semi-Private Rooms
- 1 to 3 Daily Home Cooked Meals
- Housekeeping and Laundry Services
- Medication Management
- Transportation to Doctor’s Appointment
