COVID-19 Guidelines

To our Clients, Caregivers, and Partners

We are thankful and honored for the opportunity to serve your loved ones.

The recent COVID-19 virus is an unprecedented situation we are facing as a country. We wanted to update you on the steps we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our clients, caregivers, and families we serve.

We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation nationally as well as locally within Shelby, county to ensure we are following the latest protocols and safety guidelines. This virus situation is developing rapidly so we will keep you informed of any services that need to be changed.

Our focus is to be prepared and the safety of all.

Below are the guidelines we are implementing:

  • We are still actively caring for all current clients in homes and facilities.
  • My Faith caregivers will follow existing protocols to remain home if sick and another caregiver will come in their place to serve you.
  • Our caregivers will continue to receive protective equipment such as masks, gloves and hand sanitizer to help prevent any exposure.
  • We understand the risk our seniors have with underlying health issues; therefore, we are working to be vigilant of their protection during this time to take all of the proper precautions.
  • My Faith  asks if families are aware of anyone being affected by the virus in the home to let us to know so we can be protective of everyone’s safety.

Lastly, as this is a new situation for all of us, please be assured My Faith Inc will be here to serve you at our highest ability.

We will continue to pray for the safety of all as they work toward a cure. Let us not lose hope that this too shall pass! God is still able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that works within us. This too shall work out for His glory!

Thank you
